Over the years, GLOW has evolved from an annual examination event into a comprehensive annual expo celebrated across all our branches. What was once solely the examination component is now known as LKTDS UPGRADING, while GLOW has expanded to include workshops, intraschool activities, student composition demonstrations, and large-scale LKTDS showcases.
Today, LKTDS UPGRADING represents the official examination process. All LKTDS study programs lead to a recognized Professional Certification. Each level is conceived as a stepping stone toward fulfilling the program’s overall requirements, with successful completion of an exam at the end of each level granting the corresponding credit.
Beyond the accumulation of credits toward professional objectives, the annual examination cycle functions as a strong motivational framework for individual growth. From a methodological standpoint, it provides a phased work plan and ensures a structured and organized learning process. Personalized evaluation and feedback from an external examiner are designed to guide and mentor students throughout their development. In addition, this process connects students to an international professional network from an early stage, facilitating their pathway toward obtaining the LKTDS Teaching Certificate.
